As a Certified Doula and Certified Traditional Health Worker, Lively Doula provides physical, emotional, trauma conscious, informational support. Providing unwaveringly compassionate and non-judgmental support to all family compositions and provider supported birth choices.
Newborn Readiness
A gentle welcome to parenthood service, designed to help prepare expectant parents for the arrival of their new family member. Newborn readiness covers essential aspects of newborn care, safe sleep guidelines, through an evidence based lens.

Birth Doula Priority Package
2 prenatal visits (virtual/in-person) , 1 accompanied prenatal visit with provider (optional), on-call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks until birth, continuous labor support, and 2 postpartum visits.
Unlimited phone, text and email support from date of hire to 6 weeks postpartum.

Lactation Education and Counseling
Personalized support and a boost in confidence addressing latch, positioning, and what to expect in the early days of breastfeeding. As well as, infant nutrition, pumping, and overcoming challenges. Lively Doula lactation counseling considers the overall well-being of both the parent and the infant, providing comprehensive and holistic support.

Postpartum Doula Support
Offering nurturing guidance and support for emotional well-being as families navigate the journey of early parenthood. With a focus on postpartum healing and understanding, Lively Doula aims to enhance the overall experience and ensure a smoother transition into the sacred chapter of family life.
